The act of writing things down is a great way of EXTERNALIZING what’s happening to us INTERNALLY. It’s healing in & of itself to see the thoughts bouncing around in our heads be brought outside of ourselves & onto the page: making them material, analogue, tactile. From that space we can get perspective; from that place we can begin to heal.

A book doula is someone (in this case, me!) who helps people give birth to their books. I’ll take you from the ideation phase through to execution, editing, and beyond!
